Village Cafe Green Detox Smoothie (Serves 2)
Ingredients:
1 banana
1/2 avocado
1 cup spinach
1/2 cup cucumber
1/2 green apple
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tsp fresh ginger
1/2 lemon, juiced
1 cup coconut water (or almond milk)
Instructions:
Blend everything until smooth.
Add ice if you want it chilled.
